Esthetic Eyes has been a client of mine for at least fifteen years, but who’s counting? They have a small office in Beverly Hills, with past clients like Peter Falk of “Columbo” fame. Unfortunately, their internet is absolutely atrocious due to what was available at the time they moved in. I’m guiding them towards a new internet and voice provider, but here’s the catch. Their existing provider does voicemail transcription, and the new provider doesn’t. Therefore, they will stick with the old, horrible provider. Or will they?

After reaching out to one of my vendors, I was put in touch with a resource that provides voicemail transcription services to companies of all sizes. This will be a perfect fit for Esthetic Eyes, at a very reasonable cost. Problem solved!
