Today marks the rollout of easy ticketing. If you’re an existing Technolene managed services client, and you’re running Windows, you’ll notice a new icon on your desktop that allows you to submit a support request without having to pick up the phone, text, or email. You can still reach out the old way, but now you don’t have to!
